One of the pictures that really caught my attention was the old Coca-Cola can that looked old and rusty something you don't see very often. He claims it to be over 90 yrs. old which is remarkable for the condition it's in. He found in Big Ben's national park. The color texture of the Coca-Cola name is still well intact and the very good close up of the can shows the shallow depth of field he had with his appeture probably pretty high. This picture would have been better if there was no one else in the background even though they are blurred out it probably would have been better if they were not there. I think he got angle on the shot with eye level that makes this pic somewhat more interesting than standing up. Overall this picture has good choice of text imaging which was needed for the assignment and good choice of zoom.
The second picture is with the wall at UTSA pin up board with the Take one sign on it. This picture would have been better if probably taken from the front to show exactly that was to be shown on this message board. Again another close up pic with a possibly mid-range appeture since you can still see the other items on the boards. Very good vibrant colors as well with plenty of fliers that have text which was required once again but more visibility on the signs i still believe would have made this shot a lot more fulfilling.
The third picture I choose that I liked most was the picture of wire that shows the good low angle shot and the choice of TEXT that was put on the picture thru photoshop. I can honestly say that this picture looks like a poster or something someone would use for an advertisement. You can see the low faced angle with zoom that has everything beautifully in focus with great detail in the reflection of the water puddle. Has good balance and well composition over all in this picture very symmetrical balance. Overall this is my favorite picture for some odd reason but i feel it just gets the message across with the water next to the wire even though it's not exposed but put two and two together and you get the idea.!!

Colleague Critique "Yousef"
From viewing the first picture it obvious to notice the stop-motion in this picture as you view it from left to right. It is also easy to see the real nature of busy city area in downtown San Antonio giving the importance of the yellow taxi cab. His high depth of field shows great detail through the entire photo with a very crisp clear shot with the picture on the left not so much on the right. I feel he could have gotten better clarity on the man on the side of the picture than having some blur around his frame and face. However, the sequencing in the picture is very nice, I believe it shows the reaction of the cab driver picking up a customer, it is very presumable. Maybe if he also would have captured the entire light posts on both pics without cutting them off it would have given a better scene shot I think.
The second shot in this pic is also very good just needs a better exposure on the second picture I feel its a bit overexposed in the picture it does show her in blur motion given her moving state and still frame its a good choice for blur motion the picture with her in stop motion gives a very clear defined photo while the other doesn't quite give the same impression it possibly could have been a better shot if the exposures were correct. It also shows like a good spy-eye sort of picture from like behind a tree I like that. It doesn't really show me much in composition as far as a meaning to the picture but I still would say ok on the motion part.
Third picture also has very good motion and sequencing very understandable almost identical in shot. I feel its very well exposed very nice focus and detail throughout the entire image it shows the pedestrian waling almost step buy step. It shows just a normal day on a busy street as well as tourists and workers head to wherever they are going. It could have shown a better emphasis on something more appealing but its still a rather well taken photo of some action going on.

Just in case we had to pick a different picture rather than our own went searching tocome across this beautiful panda bear laying restlessly on a tree. This beautiful pic speaks to me as care free no worries in the world kinda of picture. No worries in the world right here!!! I can relate much to this photo for I myself like to sleep in, just not on wood! The pandas ataraxia's state is very comforting. The nice closed frame on his face, arm, some what unfocused background of the tree give him a true balance of what the photographer was going for. The beautiful furr on the panda has very nice distinction as well as the lighting giving off that underneath some shade look. The use of zig zag lines can be distinguished in the branches of the trees and furr of the panda along with the curvilinear lines. The beautiful proportionate black spots around the eyes give beautiful balance the to the rest of the almost all white faced panda which I feel is a great balance in composition as well. The bit of shadow and greys coming of his lips gives a good distinction of seperation among his lips and snout! So, this is why this photospeaks to me.
